These include the Caribbean, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Philippines, India, Japan, South Africa, Brazil and Colombia. In these countries, documents have not yet been submitted to register SpaceX as an Internet service provider.

According to Elon Musk, regardless of the country or region, the cost of Internet access in the Starlink system will be the same for everyone. At the moment, it is $ 100 per month.
