Beneficiaries of the dividend based on the rule of identification of beneficiaries (record date) are the investors registered in the Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, as announced today by ELVALHALCOR SA.
It is noted that the cut-off date of the dividend is Monday, May 30, 2022, before the start of the Athens Stock Exchange meeting and therefore, on this day, the shares of ELVALHALCOR SA. will be negotiable without the right to receive the dividend.
The start date for dividend payment is set on Friday, June 3, 2022, by the paying bank NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA. as follows:
1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the DSS. (Banks and Stock Exchanges) in accordance with the regulations in force of EL.K.AT. and its relevant decisions.
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose titles are kept in the Special Account of their Share in the DSS, under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of heirs, through the branch network of the National Bank.
Dividends that will not be collected within five (5) years, are statute-barred in favor of the Greek State.
It is reminded that by decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of May 24, 2022, the dividend for the year 2021 amounts to Euro 0.03 per share of ELVALHALCOR SA.
From the above gross amount, the tax corresponding to the dividend of 5% will be withheld, ie Euro 0.0015 per share of ELVALHALCOR SA. and therefore, the amount of the dividend that the shareholders will receive will amount to the net amount of Euro 0.0285 per share of ELVALHALCOR SA.
