ElvalHalcor: Paid internship programs

Elval, ElvalHalcor’s Aluminum Rolling Division, has created the “Engineers of Tomorrow” program, which gives new polytechnics graduates the opportunity to start their careers at their factory today as part of a 12-month paid internship. According to the company, through a meritocratic and inviolable selection process, 12 young engineers from today and for the next 12 months, will have the opportunity to gain a high level of work experience by practicing in real conditions and to undertake specialized projects in the individual parts of the factory in order to obtain specialized training depending on their educational subject.

At the same time, Halcor, Copper and Alloy Extrusion sector of ElvalHalcor, through the program “Bio-mechanical Horizons” welcomes another 12 young engineers who will participate in the respective program of twelve months of paid internships, which aims at the participation of cognitive in a modern and dynamic industrial work environment.
