ElvalHalcor: The public offering schedule for the Code

The company ElvalHalcor announces that from 8.11.2021 it makes available to the investing public the Prospectus approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission on 8.11.2021, which was prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, according to authorization Regulations (EU) 2019/979 and (EU) 2019/980 and articles 57-68 of Law 4706/2020, as in force, regarding the issuance of a joint bond loan (hereinafter “KOD”) by the company, total amount per capital up to € 250,000,000, lasting seven (7) years, divided into up to 250,000 intangible, common, anonymous, bonds with a nominal value of each € 1,000 (hereinafter the “Bonds”), according to the decision of 5.11.2021 of the General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders and the same day decision of its Board of Directors (hereinafter “Issue”).

The Bonds to be issued will be available for coverage by the investing public through a public offering within the Greek Territory (hereinafter “Public Offer”), using the electronic Book of Offers service (hereinafter “HIP”) of the Athens Stock Exchange , will be registered in the DSS. and will be listed for trading in the Fixed Income Securities Category of the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (hereinafter “ATHEX”).

The Athens Stock Exchange, during the meeting of 5.11.2021, ascertained the initial contribution of the conditions for the listing of the Bonds to the Fixed Income Securities Trading Category of the Regulated Market of the ATHEX.
