It is likely that the Pandemic Emergency Purchasing Program (PEPP) remains the main instrument of the December stimulus package European Central Bank (ECB), Reuters reported on Tuesday, based on sources familiar with the matter.
The sources further told Reuters that central bank officials are debating whether to channel the portion of the next stimulus through the Asset Purchase Program (APP).
