Understand the controversy between Fióti and Emicida
The judicial dispute, initially revealed by Portal Leo Dias, began when Fióti requested an urgent relief to the court. Evandro points out that, despite a prior agreement signed in December 2024 to formalize an egalitarian corporate division, Emicida revoked her power of attorney and blocked her access to the accounts and financial information of Lab Ghost .
Also according to the text of the process, Fióti argues that he always acted in parity with his brother in the construction of the business and that the financial transfers he made were transparent and previously agreed, denying any deviation.
Rapper argues that the decision to remove Fióti from management was a response to the unilateral attitudes of the brother as a reduced time dedication to the company and significant bank transfers without its prior authorization. Check out what each brother claims, according to the case file.
