Six workers who were carrying out repair work on the roadway of the bridge that was hit by the ship were missing. Two others had been rescued. The victim, whose body was found yesterday, was identified by authorities as Jose Minor Lopez, a 37-year-old laborer from Baltimore. “Today, Jose Minor Lopez, the sixth and final missing victim, was recovered,” Baltimore Mayor Brandon M.
