Students participating in the first day of the National High School Exam (Enem) exam this Sunday (13) will have to write an essay on the “challenges for valuing communities and traditional peoples in Brazil”. The information was confirmed by the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep).
The theme is the same for participants of the printed and digital version of the test. According to information from Inep, students must write an argumentative-essay text in up to 30 lines.
“The ideas defended need to be supported by reasoned explanations and arguments on the subject. For this, a problem situation is presented, in addition to motivating texts, from which the concepts must be developed, in up to 30 lines”, explained the institute in a note.
This Sunday, the first day of application of the exam, students will test languages, codes and their technologies, writing and human sciences and their technologies.
Next Sunday (20), the issues of natural sciences and their technologies, and mathematics and their technologies will be proposed.
