Enrico Bartolini, Italy’s most starred chef, has found love with Roberta Morise

Born in 1979, Enrico Bartolini he is a true star in the world of haute cuisine. Twelve Michelin stars and one green distributed in eight restaurants throughout Italy, the Tuscan chef he is going through a happy moment. And yes, his career is going swimmingly, but in this case it is love that has pleasantly overwhelmed him.

Behind him Enrico Bartolini has a marriage that ended in divorce. Always at Courierthe chef declared: «I couldn’t stand the blow of the distance, not only in terms of kilometres, but also emotional: I know that on the other side what I’m saying isn’t recognized in the same way, but I think that’s how it happened. For a couple to work, you don’t necessarily have to work together, but you have to share the emotional journey. That bond between us was no longer there.”

The chef, who has three children with his ex-wife, is a loving and proud dad. «They are all three wonderful, both in terms of education and character. Tommaso, 15 years old, studies at a linguistic high school, is very diligent and curious, has excellent grades. Giovanni, 10 years old, is a football fan and supports Atalanta. With his light blue eyes he looks at you and conquers you. Little Vittoria, eight years old in December, makes comments like a very adult and very sweet person. As a divorced father I have them with me for two alternating weekends and one afternoon a week. Management is not easy, but now I have learned.”
