Entre Mundos: Pedro Andrade reveals scenarios and cultures in the third season

The third season of Entre Mundos, in CNN Brasil, is back on Sunday nights for its third season from November 13 at 10:30 pm, under the command of presenter Pedro Andrade.

Marked as a program of encounters with people and places, the new wave of episodes of Between worlds continues his discoveries among various cultural universes.

Always in search of diversity and the exchange of experiences, Pedro Andrade maintains the investigative, but human, approach of characters he discovers throughout his reports.

In American territory, where he lives, Pedro Andrade goes from Texas to New Orleans, back to New York and goes to Albany, among other destinations.

In the interval between one program and another, he and the team cross the Atlantic in search of stories in the old continent. Countries like Hungary, Norway and the Netherlands are on the script, with a focus on personal narratives.

In the land of the fjords, Pedro Andrade took up the topic of incarceration when he visited the maximum security prison in Halden, near Oslo, built at the request of the King of Norway.

In Eastern Europe, the presenter visited Budapest, Hungary, where he collected narratives about the situation of LGBTQIA+ communities in one of the most right-wing regimes on the continent.

“Pedro’s sophisticated look and way of narrating everyday life perfectly translate our objective with the Soft brand: to produce high-level and, above all, relevant content. Interesting for our linear programming, interesting for marathoning on streaming platforms”, says Douglas Fagotti, Director of Programming at CNN Brazil.

“I would say this is the most ambitious season we’ve had so far. From a geographical point of view and also from a conceptual point of view”, said Pedro Andrade.

“We explore realities of extremely difficult access. Spending four days in prison is a very rare thing. We interviewed the greatest chef in the world who, after four years in a row, has decided to make his restaurant vegan.”
