EOS Capital Partners ‘enters’ logistics: In discussions for 49% of SEAGULL

According to information from Capital.gr, EOS Capital Partners of Apostolos Tamvakakis is in discussions for its entry into the SEAGULL group.

Discussions with SEAGULL, which is one of the largest Greek groups of international transport and Logistics, are, according to information, at an advanced level.

Among the companies that SEAGULL Group has in its portfolio is the courier company WEBOXIT.

According to information, the turnover of the SEAGULL Group in 2021 amounted to 150 million euros.

The above agreement reveals the dynamics of the freight / logistics sector of Greece, which – lately – shows strong mobility, as funds and real estate companies acquire shares in companies in the sector.
