The incident occurred on Sunday, August 25, near Orcas Colorado Beach, in Melilla, Spain. Then, a Spanish Coast Guard boat spotted a boat with four migrants, including a little girl. Authorities signaled the boat to stop, but it continued on its way. So there was a chase, and at one point the Spanish boat crashed into the boat, throwing a person overboard.
