The General Meeting of Shareholders of Epsilon Net approved the distribution of the results of the corporate year 2021 and the distribution of a dividend totaling € 1,897,000.00 (dividend per share € 0.035).

The cut-off dates and the identification of beneficiaries were approved on 19/07/2022 and 20/07/2022 respectively, while the respective amount of the dividend will start to be paid to the shareholders from 26/07/2022.

The General Assembly The shareholders of Epsilon Net also approved a program for the purchase of own shares up to 5% of the share capital of the company, with a duration of up to 12 months, at their regular general meeting on June 30.

“EPSILON NET SA announces that during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of June 30, 2022, the implementation of a program for the purchase of own shares through the Athens Stock Exchange was approved in accordance with the provisions of article 49 of law 4548/2018 and according to implementation of Regulation EU / 596/2014 and the delegated regulation EU / 1052 / 2016. Specifically, the Ordinary General Meeting approved the implementation of a program for the acquisition of own shares, up to a maximum of 2,710,000 shares (5% of the paid-up share capital). A company may purchase own shares for a period of up to 12 months from the decision of the General Meeting, ie until 30/06/2023 and make purchases with a minimum acquisition limit of two euros (€ 2.00) per share and maximum acquisition limit of twenty euros (€ 20.00) per share.At the same time, the Board of Directors of the Company authorized to determine the more specific terms and the relevant details for the acquisition of the same shares and in general to take all necessary action for the implementation of the above “.
