Epsilon Net: From 26/7 the payment of the dividend €0.03325 per share

Epsilon Net announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of June 30, 2022, decided to distribute a dividend in favor of the company’s shareholders for the financial year 2021, amounting to €1,897,000, i.e. a gross amount of €0.035 per share.

It is noted that in accordance with the applicable tax provisions, the dividend to be distributed is subject to a withholding tax of 5% (€0.00175 per share), with the exception or variation of the withholding rate for shareholders who are subject to special provisions. Consequently, the net amount to be collected from the shareholders will amount to €0.03325 per share.

The cut-off date was set for Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

Entitled to the dividend payment are the shareholders who will be registered in the records of the Intangible Securities System (S.A.T.) on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 (record date).

Tuesday, July 26, 2022 was set as the start date for the payment of the dividend and it will take place through Piraeus Bank.

Its payment will be made in accordance with the procedure defined in the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange as well as in accordance with the specific provisions of the Operating Regulations of the Intangible Securities System, as follows:

1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T. (Banks and Brokerage Companies) in accordance with the applicable Regulations of EL.K.A.T.

2. With regard to the cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are held in the Special Account of their Share at S.A.T., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment procedure will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the Piraeus Bank network.

The collection of the dividend is possible for a period of five (5) years in accordance with the relevant provisions, while after the expiry of the five years the relevant amounts are time-barred and definitively belong to the Greek State.
