Erdogan: New “fire” from the Turkish president – “Countries that are supposedly our allies, maintain a hostile attitude”

THE Recep Tayyip Erdogan in his new statements he spoke of “hostile attitude” from “supposedly» allies, as he described them according to what is transmitted from Istanbul, by his correspondent SKY Manolis Kostidis,

“It clearly bothers us that countries who are supposedly our allies maintain a hostile attitude, as well as the support they give to countries that show such an attitude. But we move looking at the result of gains and losses of our relations and we do not neglect to build new partnerships to satisfy our needs”, emphasized Recep Tayyip Erdogan, leaving at the same time clear hints that he wishes to have better relations with Russia.

He also referred to “increasing power” of Turkey, from the Mediterranean to the Caucasus, as he noted: “The updating of political geography also results in the updating of security doctrines. The growing power of our country in all zones of influence such as from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea from the Balkans to the Caucasus it is the result of this new period.”

He also once again spoke of “the borders of his heart“, recalling the Ottoman past of his country: “In history, the places that our ancestors watered with blood and sweat but also with their works, although today they are no longer ours, our soul and our heart it’s always there.”
