NATO meeting in the presence of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky decided to increase aid to Kiev by sending fighter jets and anti-aircraft systems. The Kremlin announced in response to these decisions that NATO is “fully involved” in the war in Ukraine and announced measures to counter this “serious threat”.
