The concept behind the research is the following: erectile dysfunction is closely related to cardiovascular health. That’s why scientists wanted to see if the problem could be solved or contained taking advantage of the same forms of training that promote heart health. The study involved cross-referencing and analyzing data from 11 clinical studies, thus reaching highly credible conclusions. In addition to cardiovascular problems, in the appearance of erectile dysfunction they come into play factors such as age, sedentary lifestyle, smoking and overweight, but not only. This problem often occurs in subjects with diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis and even depression.
