Thus, the balance of wage employment flows in the first seven months of the year was positive by 270,191 jobs.
In July, recruitment announcements amounted to 274,429 while departures reached 271,430 (103,370 voluntary departures and 168,060 terminations of open-ended contracts or expiration of fixed-term contracts). Therefore, the July balance was positive by 2,999 jobs.
