ERGOSE is proceeding with the recruitment of technical consultants to continue the process of the six projects of the Competitive Dialogue, which announced at the same time that all the pre-selected ones of the first competitive phase meet the required conditions and criteria for their participation in the Dialogue.
In particular, by decision of the Board of Directors of ERGOSE, the open process of selecting 6 technical consultants for the Competitive Dialogue projects, as well as 1 technical consultant for the existing and new contracts that are auctioned through the competitive tender process, began.
At the same time, the Board of Directors of ERGOSE approved last Friday the minutes of the six projects of the Competitive Dialogue, according to which all the pre-selected ones of the first competitive phase meet the required conditions and criteria for their participation in the Dialogue. These are the joint ventures GEK TERNA – INTRAKAT, AVAX – ALSTOM, AKTOR – MYTILINEOS.
These projects concern – mainly – the connection of the ports of Patras, amounting to 477 million, Lavrio, amounting to 391 million, Rafina, amounting to 309 million and the 6th pier of the port of Thessaloniki, amounting to 53.5 million, with the railway network, the construction of the new line Thessaloniki – Toxotes, amounting to 1.68 billion. and the upgrade of the connection between Alexandroupolis and Ormenio, amounting to 1.07 billion.
The subject of technical consultants
The scope of the technical consultants includes the support of ERGOSE during the supervision of the constructions, the support and assistance in the control and drafting of the studies, in order to achieve the corporate objectives of the company, in terms of construction time, cost, quality and job security.
The services of the technical consultants that will strengthen the ability to implement the projects, include:
-Monitoring the project according to the requirements of ERGOSE,
– Control of studies and investigations of the Contractor of the project,
-Control of compliance of studies and constructions with the applicable specifications,
– Control of the implementation of the study design,
-Control of suppliers and embedded materials according to certification requirements and specifications,
-Assistance in solving issues that arise during the execution of the project,
-Monitoring the time progress, quality and cost of the project,
– Project cost management.
– Assisting ERGOSE in completing the project within schedule and within budget.
