ERGOSE completed the first phase of the six tenders for the key projects of 4 billion euros

With absolute dedication to the strategic planning and the timetable for the progress towards the implementation of key projects with a total budget of € 4 billion, ERGOSE completed the first phase of the six tenders. The way is now open for the start of the Competitive Dialogue process.

The Board of Directors of ERGOSE, approved yesterday, Wednesday, April 20, 2022, the Minutes of the six projects, which ratifies the list of participants in the Competitive Dialogue and the tender process enters the next stage, the dialogue with the participating economic entities.

At the same time, at the same meeting of the Board of Directors, the auction of the Technical Consultant who will assist ERGOSE during the Competitive Dialogue was approved. The services it will provide will concern issues of study evaluation, selection of technical design solutions and their synthesis in a final optimal solution, as well as support in the preparation of the required supporting studies, etc.

The second phase of the tender process includes two stages, the dialogue and the submission of bids.

During the dialogue stage between ERGOSE and the candidate contractors, the best technical solution will be determined and all available studies will be utilized. The elaboration of the required final studies will be completed by the Contractor of each project, which will result from the tender process. It is noted that the participation in the dialogue is a necessary condition for the participation of the pre-selected in the next stage (submission of binding offers).

ERGOSE, after selecting the solutions that best meet the needs of each project, will start the next stage of the tender process, for the submission of binding bids.

Contract award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender based on the best value for money, which is evaluated on the basis of criteria related to the subject of the contract to be awarded.
