This Monday (04), singer and guitarist Eric Clapton announced three performances in Brazil that will take place in September next year. The shows take place in Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
In celebration of 60 years of career, Eric Clapton begins his new world tour on May 9, 2024 in Newcastle, England. Tickets for shows in Brazil go on sale next week, through the sales website Livepass. The pre-sale for Santander customers will be on December 11th. The general public will have the chance to purchase tickets on the 13th, at 10am.

- September 24, 2024: Ligga Arena, in Curtiba
- September 26, 2024: Jeunesse Arena, in Rio de Janeiro
- September 29, 2024 : Allianz Parque, in São Paulo
The performances in Brazil, scheduled for September, mark the guitarist’s return after more than a decade. Eric’s last visit to the country was in 2011, when he performed two shows in Rio de Janeiro, one in São Paulo and another in Porto Alegre. Before that, he was in Brazil in 1990 and 2001.
Full ticket prices range from R$430 to R$1250 and can also be checked on the Livepass website. The owner of the songs “Layla” and “Wonderful Tonight” shared the news on his social networks and shared that guitarist Gary Clark Jr will be responsible for the opening shows in Brazil. Look:
