The Civil Police found, on the afternoon of last Wednesday (19), a body buried on Barra do Jucu beach, in Vila Velha (ES), which may be from Claudio Bernardo da Silva, Driver who was missed on March 4th.
According to the chief delegate of the Fundão Police Station, Leandro Sperandio, investigations into Claudio’s disappearance pointed to where a body was found by the agents.
“We will now wait for all the expert work and confrontation of DNA so that we can close this cycle of investigation. This is that today our team found a buried, buried individual, killed with violent death,” said the delegate.
Claudio Bernardo da Silva, 58, was last seen on March 3 after leaving his wife at work.
The driver’s vehicle was located the next day, on March 4, with a 31 -year -old man who was taken to the Aracruz Regional Police Station. At the scene, the suspect signed a detailed term for false identity and had an arrest warrant, issued by the Vila Velha Court of Criminal Court.
The body found in the sand of Barra do Jucu beach will be sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML) of the Espírito Santo Scientific Police to identify and perform the cadaveric examination that will determine the cause of death.
According to the legislation, the deadline for issuing the expert report is 10 days and may be extended at the request of the experts.
Investigations are in progress to confirm the identity of the body and clarify the case.
