The EU condemns the “serious violations of international humanitarian law” by the Russian military and stresses that the perpetrators of the “war crimes” will be held accountable.

They constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law,” he said in a statement.
It is also recalled that, according to the ruling of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) of March 16, “Russia must cease its military action and withdraw all forces and military equipment from the entire territory of Ukraine immediately and unconditionally, “fully respect the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.”
