EUR/CHF: Possibility of further falls to the 0.9300 area in 1-3 months – Rabobank

EUR/CHF hit an all-time low in late 2023. Since then, the pair has risen slightly. The economists of Rabobank analyze the outlook for EUR/CHF.

Swiss Franc May Be Especially Sensitive to Eurozone Headwinds

While several geopolitical factors can trigger CHF buying, the Swiss Franc may be especially sensitive to Eurozone headwinds. Economic stagnation, budget constraints and strikes in Germany, along with calls for structural reforms in Europe's largest economy, could limit EUR/CHF's room for appreciation in the medium term.

We see room for further declines to the 0.9300 area in a 1-3 month outlook in the absence of a more dovish stance from the SNB.
