The listed Eurosymbols SA announces that today 17.1.2022 met the Board of Directors of the company, which by authorization of the decision of 12.7.2021 of the 1st Repeat Ordinary General Meeting and in accordance with article 25 par. 2 of law 4548/2018, set an offering price of 3,708,370 new common registered shares, (nominal value € 0.30), which will be issued for the increase of the share capital of the company by € 1,112,511.00 with the payment of cash and pre-emptive right in favor of the old shareholders in proportion to the sale of one new share for every three old , the amount of forty-two euro cents (€ 0.42) for each new share.
The premium difference (between the offering price of € 0.42 and the nominal value of the share of € 0.30) amounting to € 445,004.40 will be credited to the Account “Difference from the issue of premium shares”.
