The climate is heavy, according to the BBC, at the luxury hotel in Geneva, where European foreign ministers meet with their Iranian counterpart. Negotiations taking place in Switzerland could determine whether or not the conflict between Iran and Israel would escalate. This is the first time the Iranian Foreign Minister has been meeting his Western counterparts to a person from Israel’s attack a week ago. Before he met with them, he had spoken to the UN Human Rights Council. The Israeli ambassador to the UN issued a statement protesting that the speech was given to the Council to Iran. Geneva’s negotiations are regarded by many as one last crap exit from the crisis. BBC sources have said that Europeans are pushing Iran for null uranium enrichment, a request that Iran is steadily denied, responding that it violates its right to a “peaceful nuclear program”. The same is the demand of the US.
