Eurovision 2024, the complete guide: the lineups, where to see it and how to vote

EVERYTHING is ready for the 68th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest: on the stage of the Malmö Arena, in southern Sweden, 37 nations (here are all the singers and songs competing) competing for victory. Italy, already in the final together with France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, compete with Boredom by Angelina Mango. The event can be followed live on Rai and streaming on RaiPlay starting from 9pm. Commentary is entrusted to Mara Maionchi and Gabriele Corsi. The two semi-finals on 7 and 9 May will be broadcast in prime time on Rai2, while the final will be broadcast on Rai. Diletta Parlangeli and Matteo Osso will tell the story of Eurovision for Rai Radio 2.

The three evenings

Hosts Petra Mede and Malin Åkerman will guide the audience through the premiere semi-final, the one on May 7thduring which 15 songs will compete for 10 places in the final on Saturday evening. Two of the five most important countries, the United Kingdom and Germany, will also perform during the evening, as well as host country Sweden. This is the order of appearance: Cyprus / Silia Kapsis, Serbia / Teya Dora, Lithuania / Silvester Belt, Ireland / Bambie Thug, United Kingdom / Olly Alexander, Ukraine / alyona alyona & Jerry Heil, Poland / Luna, Croatia / Baby Lasagne, Iceland / Hera Björk – Germany / Isaak, Slovenia / Raiven, Finland / Windows95man, Moldova / Natalia Barbu, Sweden / Marcus & Martinus, Azerbaijan / Fahree feat. Ilkin Dovlatov, Australia / Electric Fields, Portugal / Iolanda, Luxembourg / Tali.

Three past icons of the Eurovision Song Contest, Eleni Foureira, Eric Saade and Chanel, will perform the opening number of United By Music.

Thursday 9 May, in the second semi-finalPetra Mede and Malin Åkerman will still present the show: this time they will 16 songs in the competition, of which only 10 will reach the final. This is the order in which the artists will perform: Malta / Sarah Bonnici, Albania / Besa, Greece / Marina Satti, Switzerland / Nemo, Czech Republic / Aiko, France / Slimane, Austria / Kaleen, Denmark / Saba, Armenia / Ladaniva, Latvia / Dons, Spain / Nebulossa, San Marino / Megara, Georgia / Nutsa Buzaladze, Belgium / Mustii, Estonia / 5MIINUST x Puuluup, Italy / Angelina Mango, Israel / Eden Golan, Norway / Gåte, Netherlands / Joost Klein.

Eurovision stars Helena Paparizou, Sertab Erener and Charlotte Perrelli will also perform.

Saturday 11 May will be the turn of the grand finale. The 20 semi-finalists will be joined by reigning Contest champions Sweden, as well as the Big 5. Defending winner Loreen will return to the stage for a truly special performance.

How to vote

Viewers will be able to vote via the official Eurovision Song Contest app (or by following the on-screen instructions) during the semi-finals and final. The app is available for Android and for iOS. You can also vote by phone and/or by text message: the numbers will be displayed on the screen and on www.esc.vote. No country will be able to vote for its own competing artist: Italians will not be able to support Angelina Mango. According to Sisal experts, competing for the victory at Eurovision 2024 could be Croatia, offered at 2.75, and Switzerland, at 4.50, as the first competitor, with our Angelina Mango at 6.00 .

The podcast, TikTok, YouTube and streaming

For the official Eurovision Song Contest podcast, Steve Holden will speak to all the competing artists and, with some of them, even after the semi-finals, to find out their reactions on the results.
