Influencer Eliezer do Carmo, 35, used his social networks on the morning of Monday (5) to counter the criticism he received for going to the free show that Lady Gaga did at Copacabana beach, in the south of Rio de Janeiro, on Saturday (3).
The former BBB is evangelical and stated that even though he had only converted three months ago, he knows that behavior of those who made these criticisms is not a Christian.
“I learned this weekend that and at the show of a singer or singing that I admire the work is great sin,” he said with irony. “I only have three months of conversion and I, but this I know: you are not God!”
Eliezer told, in an interview with the CNN hours before Gaga’s show, which “approached God” and started to pay more attention to religiosity after his son Ravi Having spent 19 days hospitalized in a ICU. The former BBB said he believes it is impossible to go through what he went through without clinging to God.
“They always say that all we do is marketing, but it is impossible to go through what we went through, stay 19 days in the ICU with the son who had just been born and not clinging to anything, not believing that what was happening there was God,” said the pre-show event of singer Lady Gaga in Rio organized by 99.
“God saved my son, so that made me close very close to him.”
