The presenter and influencer Giovanna Ewbank recalled Bruno Gagliasso’s betrayal at the beginning of their marriage and vented about the situation during Dani Calabresa’s participation in the podcast “Quem Pode, Pod”, last Tuesday (23).
During a chat about relationships, the comedian recalled that she and Ewbank have similar stories in the past, as both were betrayed in marriages.
“I was very sad when I heard the story because I always believed that you were soul mates. I thought it was beautiful that you forgive, I thought it was mature. You inspired me to do something that I don’t know if I would do”, said Calabresa.
Giovanna reflected on the phase and stated that it was important for them to build the family they have today.
“At first, I wanted the plane to fall with him in it, I didn’t care […] It’s natural for us to go through processes in a relationship, to make mistakes to learn, to get it right. All these processes are lessons for us to be what we are. If I hadn’t gone through this situation, suddenly we wouldn’t be together and we wouldn’t have the relationship we have today, you know? Loyal, like we have today”, said the actress.
In 2012, after 3 years together, Gagliasso got involved with model Carol Francischini, which caused the two to break up for two months. They came back, and they are together until today. Bruno and Giovanna are the parents of Titi (9), Bless (8), and Zyan (2).

The subject of “betrayal” began when the comedian was asked about her divorce with Marcelo Adnet, with whom she was married from 2010 to 2017. In 2014, a case of betrayal by the comedian came to light. Dani said that Ewbank and Gagliasso’s affair led her to forgive her husband.
“I thought it was mature. You inspired me to do something I don’t even know I would do. What was exposed we keep trying to understand, but it is a part. You know what you got. When it happened to me, a friend said ‘look at Giovanna and Bruno’. I was like ‘Is it worth another chance?’ For us it didn’t go so well, but it served as a learning experience”, she said.
In 2022, Calabresa married executive Richard Neuman.
