Nine government ministers leave their posts this Thursday (31) in a ceremony at the Planalto Palace, with the expectation that all will run for this year’s elections. The dismissals and new appointments – most of them executive secretaries – have already been published in the Official Gazette of the Union. The law determines that members of the Executive leave their functions within six months before the elections.
Fine for Silveira
The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes imposed a daily fine of R$ 15 thousand if deputy Daniel Silveira (União Brasil-RJ) does not use an electronic anklet. Moraes also determined that the Central Bank block the deputy’s accounts and that the president of the Chamber, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), choose the day, time and place for the anklet to be installed.
Negotiations in the War
