An alarm has been sounded in Kazan, Russia, where an explosion occurred. Earlier on Tuesday, two gunmen opened fire, a local emergency services spokesman told Sputnik.
“There was an explosion at the school, we can see smoke,” he said.
More than 20 ambulances are heading to the school. “There are no official reports of injuries so far.”
Early reports say one of the suspects – a 17-year-old – has been arrested. “Authorities are holding a teenager believed to be behind the school shootings.”
