Serious upheavals cause nearly two simultaneous eruptions that occurred in transport infrastructure in Russian regions near the border with Ukraine, leading to at least seven deaths and 69 injuries. Russian officials are referring to deliberate attacks as the speculation of sabotage is increased with the aim of destabilizing before the forthcoming peace talks in Constantinople. The first explosion was recorded late on Saturday night at 10:50 pm in the Bryansk Region, when a highway bridge passing over rails was blown up just when it was passing under a passenger train to Moscow. There were 388 people on the train, according to Russian authorities’ announcements. Just a few hours later, a new explosion occurred on a railway bridge in the adjacent Kursk Region.
