The Brazil Sphere held on the night of Monday (31) the Fourth edition of the Exponential Women Award . The event was held at JK Iguatemi, in the south of São Paulo.
The Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, Esther Dweck, was one of the honorees. She received the award in the public management category.
The Secretary of Information and Digital Health of the Ministry of Health, Ana Estela Haddad, was also awarded innovation and technology.
The National Secretary of Climate Change of the Ministry of Environment and CEO of COP30, Ana Toni, was recognized for her sustainability work. The vice president of the Cimed group, Karla Marques Felmanas, was featured in the entrepreneurship category.
Other honorees were the founder of the NGO Amigos do Bem, Alcione Albanesi, the businesswoman and philanthropist, Lilian Esteves, and the digital influencer and bearer of Down syndrome, Jamille Rosa.
The event was also attended by other female personalities and leaders, such as Tarciana Medeiros, president of Banco do Brasil.
The Exponential Women Award is an initiative of the Brazil Sphere, which celebrates the performance of female personalities that stand out in different areas.
“The idea of the prize is to unite the public and private sectors, rewarding half of women who work in the public sphere and another half in private initiative. The goal is that these women are examples of inspiration for all women in Brazil, such as women who are opening ways and breaking borders, with incredible projects, which will be left as legacy for the country, in each of their areas,” says CEO of Sphere, Camila Funaro.
