Extension of applications until January 31 for the program of 3,400 new jobs

The deadline for submitting electronic applications to companies for the new job subsidy program for the recruitment of 3,400 unemployed, former employees in companies of the Regions of Western Macedonia and Peloponnese affected by the effects of de-ligation is extended until Monday, January 31, 2022. full time jobs.

The program, with a total budget of € 48 million, is addressed to companies operating in the Region of Western Macedonia and in the Municipalities of Megalopolis, Tripoli, Gortynia, Sparta, Oichalia and Kalamata.

Beneficiaries are unemployed registered in the OAED register of Employment Promotion Centers (KPA2) located in areas under the jurisdiction of PE. Kozani (KPA2 Kozani and Ptolemaida), P.E. Florina (KPA2 of Florina and Amyntaio), as well as KPA2 of Tripoli (for registered unemployed of the Municipality of Megalopolis), for a period of at least one month.

The duration of the program is 12-18 months, the percentage of salary subsidy and contributions ranges between 75-100%, while the amount of subsidy ranges between 700 – 933 € per month and 8,397 – 16,794 € in total, depending on the category of unemployed and the industry of the company he worked for. The grant of salary and non-salary expenses includes holiday gifts and leave allowance.

The companies that are interested in participating in the program submit their application exclusively electronically through the State Aid Information System (PSKE) of the Ministry of Development & Investment at the address http://www.ependyseis.gr/mis. company candidates, according to the specialty and required qualifications and the company selects from among the candidates for recruitment.

In addition, the process of submitting electronic applications for the new program for gaining professional experience of 2,000 young unemployed people in the Region of Western Macedonia (1,450 positions) and in the Municipalities of Megalopolis, Tripoli, Gortynia, Sparta, Oichalia and Kalamata in the Peloponnese Region (5) 14 million €.

The program is aimed at private sector companies, companies, agencies and public organizations that regularly engage in economic activity, as well as first and second degree local government companies that regularly engage in economic activity in the above areas.

Beneficiaries are unemployed aged 18-29 years, of any educational level, registered in the OAED register for at least one month in KPA2 Kozani, Ptolemaida, Florina, Amyntaio, Kastoria, Grevena, Tripoli (Municipalities of Tripoli, Megalporis and Gortyn) ) and Kalamata (Municipalities of Kalamata and Oichalia).

The duration of the program is 7 months and the participants are paid by OAED a monthly compensation equal to the legal minimum wage, as well as a ratio of holiday gifts and leave allowance.

Employers submit to the Integrated Information System (OIS) of OAED (e-services) a single electronic application, which is posted on the website of the Organization (www.oaed.gr). Then, the labor consultants of OAED nominate candidates to the company, according to the specialty and the required qualifications and the company chooses among the candidates for the recruitment.
