The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Digital Science of Russia) announced the launch of a new useful function in State Services.
Users of the State Services portal can receive extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). The new electronic service was launched by the Russian Ministry of Digital Science together with Rosreestr.
Now on the State Services it is possible to get the most popular types of extracts from the USRN:
- on the main characteristics and registered rights to the property;
- about the property;
- on the transfer of rights to the real estate object.
To send a request to receive an extract to users – individuals and legal entities – you must have a confirmed account on State Services.
The result will be sent to your personal account on the portal in the form of an electronic document, certified by a strengthened qualified signature of the rights registration authority. It is noted that such an extract is equivalent to a paper version certified by an official of Rosreestr and the seal of the body.
