Extreme diving: in Puglia with Oppo Reno6 Pro

Oppo Reno6 Series focuses on the timeliness of capturing breathtaking moments when the opportunity arises. Thus, to demonstrate the potential of the photographic sector of his ultima line-up, Oppo has decided to follow the acrobatics of the best divers in the world. And that’s not a way of saying.

In Polignano a Mare, a small town in the Apulian Murgia known for being the birthplace of Domenico Modugno, we followed the double Italian stage of Red Bull Cliff Diving, one of the most famous and adrenaline-pumping competitions in the world of dives from great heights. From the double platform installed on Mr. Totò’s terrace, athletes from all over the world competed in jumps of 21 and 27 meters.

Three intense days, in which we tried to tell through the images of the photographic sector of the Reno6 Pro the places and the evolutions of a group of truly fearless athletes. On the trampoline, waiting to jump, the heartbeats of these professionals of the extreme, men and women, hit 170 beats per minute.

Among them also two Italians: Alessandro De Rose, ranked third and the new diver Elisa Cosetti. For the Trieste athlete, the Polignano a Mare stage was his baptism in this discipline. Such an extreme decision and willpower, it should be said, that brought her to the Murgia springboard in a year, since she expressed her desire to try her hand in this discipline to the Italian team manager Markus Stuppner.

Capacity and performance that Oppo wanted to replicate in the quad camera of its Reno6 Pro consisting of the main Sony IMX766 50MP (f / 1.8) photo sensor, the 16MP ultra wide angle (f / 2.4), the 13MP telephoto lens (f / 2.2) and the 2MP macro (f / 2.4) . Heart of the whole processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 with 12 GB of Ram. Together with him the pixel aggregation algorithm can, in practice, increase the resolution of the shots.

Two components, one hardware, the other software, capable of responding instantly to the needs of those who use this smartphone to do photographic reporting as during our city tour between Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Oppo Reno6 Pro proved to be an ideal companion not only for capturing dives from hundreds of meters. We were positioned on the opposite rock from the diving boards.

Oppo’s latest smartphone was also very effective in capture the architectural beauties. To reveal to our eyes the words of Conny, our guide of the Murgia. From the details of bell towers and balconies, such as the infamous Apulian pumas, in the skilled hands of Nicola intent on cleaning the freshly picked almonds. It is up to you to decide the most interesting day and night shot. Obviously without the aid of any flash. Among the surprises of these fantastic days there is also a declaration of marriage.
