EY: It offers a free new Master in Sustainable Development to all its people

EY, in collaboration with the Hult International Business School, presented a fully recognized Master in Sustainable Development, aimed exclusively at 312,000 EY people worldwide. The postgraduate degree is provided free of charge and will be available to all EY people, regardless of degree, tenure in the organization or geographical area.

The new degree was announced in parallel with a recent survey of EY people around the world, which found that almost three quarters (74%) want to participate in activities that have a positive impact on their local communities and the environment.

The “EY Masters in Sustainability by Hult”, the first degree of its kind, will significantly enhance the understanding of EV people on sustainable development and climate education, and will help them translate the skills they will receive into new and innovative sustainable development services. The training will be provided entirely online and candidates will be able to study from anywhere in the world, at the pace that suits them.

The new degree is awarded by the Hult International Business School, which is renowned for the way it approaches education, emphasizing the development of skills, as well as its commitment to learning practical knowledge. Hult, one of the top business schools in the world, is the first triple accredited business school in the USA.

“EY Masters in Sustainability by Hult”, is the latest degree in collaboration with the Hult International Business School, offered completely free to all EY people. In 2021, EY and Hult announced the “Masters in Business Analytics” “, While, in 2020, the first fully recognized digital corporate program Master of Business Administration (MBA) was introduced. Already, the “EY Tech MBA by Hult” has been awarded to 55 EY executives worldwide.

In addition to enhancing climate education among its people, EY is committed to accelerating its climate action. In 2021, EY achieved a negative carbon footprint, an important step towards achieving the agency’s zero-emission vision by 2025. To achieve this, EY teams have set an ambitious goal of significantly reducing carbon emissions by 40% by 2025, through seven key actions.
