EYDAP has an investment plan worth 1.6 billion euros with a horizon of ten years.
The investment program includes the participation in similar companies, collaborations with construction companies that claim large water supply projects, as well as the claiming of PPP projects.
In any case, these new projects in Eastern Attica will need to absorb for the next 5-6 years almost 100 to 150 million euros per year. As a result, EYDAP is closely monitoring this investment plan, which is trying to accelerate in the midst of difficult conditions. These are 1,300 km of sewerage networks that will serve 400 thousand inhabitants.
The sewage networks in the Municipalities of Paiania, Pallini, Rafina-Pikermi and Marathon are under construction.
In Peania, the sewage network in Glyka Nera is under construction, while in Pallini the listed company implements projects in Gerakas and Anthousa. In addition, the ongoing projects in the Municipality of Rafina-Pikermi concern Kallitechnoupoli, Neo Voutza, Drafi and Dioni, while in the Municipality of Marathon “works” are underway in Nea Makri and Agia Marina.
Regarding the projects under auction, EYDAP has proceeded to the tenders for the Wastewater Treatment Center of the Municipalities of Rafina – Pikermi and Spata-Artemida worth 88.7 million euros.
The second project under auction envisages the creation of a Network of Networks and Sewage Transportation Pipelines in the areas of the above two Municipalities and their value is estimated at 31.6 million euros.
Also, the competitions for the Waste Network in Kapandriti, Afidnes and Peania are in progress.
At the same time, the company is preparing for the generation of projects that will be auctioned in the near future. These are projects that are in the stage of the tender process for the assignment of the final studies. These mainly concern important sewerage projects in Pallini (Leontario-Kantza), the South Saronic Coast, Marathon (Barnabas) and Koropi (Kitsi).
