  • Amblyopia (Lazy eye) is a visual gymnastics for correction (for example, with strabismus). Use it in consultation with an optometrist!
  • From dry eyes – this is a visual exercise for everyday needs. Run it if you strain your eyes for a long time (for example, when working at a computer) or if you have dry eye syndrome.
  • Accommodation is an exercise for the eyes, which helps prevent nearsightedness and farsightedness, cope with accommodation spasm, relax ciliary muscles and relieve tension. Use it in consultation with an optometrist!
  • General Fast, General Medium and General Large are chargers for everyday needs. Use them to prevent visual impairment. It is recommended to carry out a “General Quick” charge every 2 hours during the working day. “General Average” or “General Large” gymnastics is desirable to carry out 1 time per day.
