A man appointed as the leader of the Capital Capital First Command (CCP) criminal organization after an action by the Civil Police in Santos, the city of the coast of São Paulo. José Roberto de Andrade’s arrest took place on Monday (19).
“Bicudo,” as he is known, was sought after last year for a double attempted murder against two military police officers, who were round in a car when they received a rifle shots.
Police would have received information that the man was on the run in Santos. The police identified the criminal during a trip while occupying a Renault Duster SUV.
During the arrest approach to “Bicudo”, which took place at Rua Imperatriz Leopoldina, in Ponta da Praia, the CCP leader tried to steal the researcher’s weapon and was hit by a shot on his arm.
With the shot, “Bicudo” was taken to Santa Casa de Santos, where he remained in treatment.
