“The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish” premieres on May 20 on Nickelodeon in the United States, with no confirmed broadcast in Brazil yet.
According to the series synopsis, Hazel Wells is a ten-year-old girl who has just moved to the large city of Dimmadelphia due to her father's new job. In addition to being in an unfamiliar environment, it is the first time that she has been without her brother, Antony, who has just left for college, leaving her alone and insecure.
All this changes when the pink and green haired neighbors reveal that they are not ordinary neighbors… they are Cosmo and Wanda, her magical godparents, who decide to come out of retirement to make the girl's wishes come true.
The remake features the voices of the original English voice actors from the first series, Susanne Blakeslee and Daran Harris as Wanda and Cosmo, respectively.
