After much anticipation, the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles hosted the 96th edition of Oscar on Sunday night (10).

There, celebrities they paraded beautiful looks were moved by victories and starred hilarious moments that moved social networks.

Among the iconic scenes of the ceremony, highlights include the cute dog Messi, who participated in the film “Anatomy of a Fall”, John Cena walking naked across the stage and the height difference between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dani DeVito.

As soon as she arrived on the red carpet at the awards ceremony, actress and comedian Liza Koshy ended up taking a fall.

Pinstripe suit on stage

For the occasion, Justine Triet, director of “Anatomy of a Fall”, chose to wear a pinstripe suit that was compared to the outfit worn by Nicole Kidman in her AMC Theater advertisement, in 2021.

The campaign, called “We Make Movies Better”, features the actress entering one of the chain's theaters while verbalizing everything that makes cinemas a special experience.

It is impossible to deny that the big highlight was Messi applauding Robert Downey Jr, who won his first Oscar for his performance in “Oppenheimer”.

John Cena was the “naked guy” of the time

Actor John Cena, star of the “Fast and Furious” franchise, also relived a historic moment throughout the night. Chosen to present the “Best Costume Design” category, he chose an unusual look, in reference to the event that marked the 1974 edition.

Surprising the guests, he appeared wearing only the award envelope in front of his intimate area.

A reunion and… a good height difference

To close the list, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito shared a moment of reunion on the stage of the 2024 Oscars. The duo, responsible for starring in the 1988 film “Twin Brothers”, was chosen to announce the winner of “Special Effects”.
