At birth in the United States, the little one automatically consolidated with American citizenship, according to the 14th amendment of the country’s Constitution, which ensures that “all people born” in the US “are citizens of the United States.”
When Brunna and Ludmilla returned with her daughter to Brazil, the newborn may have her Brazilian certificate, and therefore double citizenship.
