Farewell to Angus Cloud, the Euphoria actor has died at the age of 25

Angus Cloud, star of the popular TV series, has died at the age of 25 Euphoriain which, since 2019, he played the role of drug dealer Fezco “Fez” O’Neill, alongside Zendaya (as Rue Bennett). He was found dead in his family home in Oakland. The cause of his death has not yet been officially declared. A week ago, the actor lost his fatherwith whom he had a very close relationship.

“It is with heavy hearts that we must say goodbye to an incredible human being today. As an artist, as a friend, as a brother and as a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways,” the family wrote in a statement. “Last week he buried his father and he struggled intensely with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing that Angus is now with him again, that he was his best friend.’

Angus Cloud suffered from depression and had repeatedly spoken about his fight against mental illness“He had opened up about the battle with his mental health and we hope his passing will be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not be battling it alone in silence,” the family statement continued. “Let’s hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”

The actor was born in Oakland, California on July 10, 1998. He came «discovered» by a casting agent while working at a restaurant near the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Before being cast in the series Euphoriaplanned to move to Ireland, where a large part of his family lives (and where his father was buried).
