Farewell to the “dress code”, here are the new trends in the world of work

The global health emergency has brought many changes in our habits, not only in private life but above all in the professional sphere. In fact, among the millions of employees who spend long months doing their work directly from home, there are many who would not easily give up the comforts and benefits offered by agile work.

From the company of our furry puppies to wearing comfortable clothing instead of the usual dress or suit, Nibol reveals some data that emerged from a survey carried out via e-mail on 200 managers who use the platform, who were asked if and to what extent new trends in the workplace are emerging.

On the subject, 7 out of 10 respondents argue that the traditional dress code will probably be abandoned in favor of a more informal clothing, as well as 54% would appreciate the presence of animals in the office. However, an important fact concerns the bookable desks which, for 90% of the sample, will be widely exploited during the next few months: in fact, according to Brickendon Consulting, companies would spend over 2 million euros every year in empty desks since it is unable to implement a structured system of workspaces.
