Father sues US school for mascot Spartan – “I see a white soldier who has conquered people”

The abolition of the new mascot Spartan from a school in the Long Island region requires a father from New York, arguing that warriors from ancient Greece symbolize enslavement and white superiority. William Moss, the father of two Brdwood second -grade students in Long Island, filed a lawsuit last month claiming that the Spartans mascot is a symbol of “white supremacy” that violates state political rights and constitutional protections. “I see a white soldier who has conquered people and enslaved to them as a white superiority,” Moss told Newsweek on Tuesday. “That’s how I see it.
