The events occurred in October 2019, when the victim was 14 years old and was handed over by her father to an individual, to whom she owed a large sum of money. The Judicial Authority handed down a sentence of 18 years and 9 months in prison for the defendant, who in October 2019, when the then 14-year-old victim was forced to work for two months at the home of an individual with whom he had a relationship. debt.

Sánchez was also fined 1,932,708 pesos, the amount of 63,958 pesos as reparation for moral damage and 183,430 pesos as reparation for material damage.
