The Federal Police carried out, this Wednesday (21), Operation Literatus 2 to fulfill 21 search and seizure warrants in Pernambuco, Roraima, Maranhão and São Paulo. And yet, he fulfills five removals from the public service of the investigated servers.
This morning’s operation investigated contracts worth more than BRL 10 million, signed between 2018 and 2021, and which involve purchases with federal money intended for Education. In addition to investigating crimes involving the supply of bibliographic material, educational solutions and school kits to municipal and state agencies, by a business group in Pernambuco.
Those involved in the case can answer for crimes related to the bidding law, embezzlement and active and passive corruption.
Together with the PF, the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) and the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) participate in the action.
