Federal Police seize black cocaine at Brasilia airport

The Federal Police seized about 13 kilos of black cocaine, which was in the possession of a passenger at Brasília Airport, information released this Friday (13) by the institution.

A man of Peruvian nationality was arrested in the act, when he intended to embark to Lisbon, Portugal, taking the drug.

The material was in a suitcase, hidden in several food packages whose label indicated Peruvian black maca, (a product that would bring benefits in relation to libido, being widely consumed as a natural sexual stimulant in that country).

Upon inspecting the material, and carrying out tests, the police confirmed the presence of cocaine in the products.

The man was then taken to the PF Superintendence, in the Federal District, and must answer for international drug trafficking, with a penalty that can reach 25 years in prison.

The apprehension and arrest took place on Thursday night and also had the participation of the Federal Revenue Service.

Black cocaine is a mixture of the base paste with other resins and substances, chemically modified, has a dark color and has no smell.
