Fedez and Luis Sal: what happened between the two? The rapper’s version

In a video posted on the YouTube channel of Wild Mossor, Fedez has clarified the “disappearance” of Luis Sal. “Finally – explains the rapper at the beginning of the 15-minute video – I will give you the longed-for explanations about Luis’s disappearance from the podcast” and also “why I haven’t been able to do it until now”. But what really happened, and what did the influencer end up doing?

Fedez begins by saying that he would have liked “Luis himself to give explanations about his no longer being on this podcast”, out of “respect for three years of working together and out of respect for the public who watch us in total transparency and serenity”. Above all because, he adds «totally science fiction speculations and gossip have been created on this event» when instead «the truth is much simpler».

Fedez recalls that “ever since I started conducting the podcast alone, both Luis and I knew that he would no longer be there and, after three episodes,” I asked Luis’s management not so much to give explanations, but at least to say that Luis would no longer be there», because «this thing has irreparably damaged this format a bit». So much so that “in the comments section of every guest I’ve brought since he hasn’t been there, there has been talk almost exclusively of Luis and not of the guest”. And the result is that “right now I’m having a lot of trouble finding guests”. Instead, “I was denied the opportunity to explain. I believe that this thing was done with a very specific and not very correct reason, from my point of view ».

Fedez speaks for the first time of Luis Sal: “I’m at the limit, I’ll give explanations”
On the absence of the youtuber from the podcast Wild Moss the rapper doesn’t unbutton himself, but assures that within a couple of weeks the mystery could be revealed. Louis Sal has been missing from the program since the beginning of spring, and he has never talked about the reasons that led him to say “enough”

The rapper then explains the genesis of Wild Mossclarifying that the podcast was never meant «to earn money». But then Sanremo arrived, with the broadcast on Rai2, a parenthesis «more work than fun», a project «strongly desired by me», but clarifies that «neither Luis nor I were paid. All the money was spent on the creation of the format». Luis, recalls Fedez, «initially did not agree but then agreed to do it. Personally, it was a complicated and demanding experience because it came at a time when my mental health was not at its best».

At the end of the project, «there was a discussion at work, in which I simply pointed out to Luis how, from my point of view, I had the feeling of having to take care of everything and I had not felt support from him. A certainly animated discussion that led us to say, in the end, “let’s take a few weeks to figure out what to do”. At the end of this week, to my amazement because I never received any alarm bells, Luis sends me a message where he tells me that “the format at this moment has taken on a connotation that is more Federico than Luis. I feel like dedicating myself to other projects, I don’t want to podcast anymore”. I have to be honest: I didn’t take this thing very well».

Luis Sal increasingly distant from Fedez and the video of the croissants amidst the protests in Paris: what does he want to tell us?
Youtube has returned to tell its story online, amidst a thousand controversies, while its absence from Muschio Selvaggio continues. Is it the end of a friendship or just the beginning of a new professional chapter?

Also because, Fedez reveals, a few weeks earlier “we had created a partnership, and this led to a delicate situation”. And so, he asks rhetorically, «why is Luis still in the theme song?». Because, he replies, «to date the podcast is still Luis’s, we had made a 50% company, and now we find ourselves in a Mexican stalemate. So Luis «does not participate in the life of society Wild Moss which I carry on alone with great difficulty». But, continues the rapper, Luis “knows that, since the podcast is still his, he is always welcome to come here, these microphones are open”. The breakup, he concludes, “made me so sorry. And the thing that I regret the most is that work broke a relationship that went beyond work».
